Gemma Brunton Photography | Kind Words from Others

Testimonials - kind words from others

"Thank you Gemma, the photos of the kids are everything we hoped for and more. The frames look fantastic hanging in our home and everyone comments on them. We really appreciate all the time and effort you took in helping us make our choices, it wasn't easy as we loved every single photo."

"We were thrilled with every aspect of our photo shoot, you really made us all feel at ease and you achieved the natural photos we were looking for, all in a perfect setting! Thank you for being so flexible and making us feel so welcome!"

"Gemma was so approachable and relaxed, yet professional and competent on the day and thereafter. Gemma is an excellent communicator that helped get the natural lovely photographs that resulted from the shoot. Most importantly a fabulously natural warmth with the children, which is essential to capture "that special moment". They genuinely enjoyed it too!"

"Gemma made us feel so relaxed and welcome, and she effortlessly captured Oliver's character. The pictures make me smile every time I walk into the room where they are displayed."

"You captured the essence of our little girl - at only 6 weeks she is already a character and now when we look back at the photos we can't believe how much she has already changed. We're so glad we came to you and will be back for her first birthday shoot!"

"I can't believe how amazing you made me look - I was so worried about my stretchmarks and lumpy bits showing, but you made me feel completely at ease. The photos are stunning and we can't wait to come back for some gorgeous brand new baby shots."

On Boudoir:

I received this wonderful letter from a lady I photographed recently that she has kindly agreed to let me share. To hear that what I do brings real benefit to my clients and their partners, especially when one of them is abroad, gives me huge satisfaction and lends credibility to an industry that often gets criticism for being shallow and superficial. She looked fantastic, and in time maybe she might let me share a photo or two so you can see for yourselves ;-)

"Dear Gemma,
I have to say a huge thank you to you. I never would have expected that after three children, it would be possible to get pictures like that of myself, that I actually love. You did such an amazing job all day, taking the time to make me feel really comfortable, encouraging me and helping me feel confident in front of the camera and I had such fun at the same time!

I was nervous about coming to see the photos, dreading that I would be disappointed (not worried about your skill as a photographer, but about how my half naked body would look on paper). I did not need to be anxious at all. That morning was such an uplifting moment for me, I did not ever think that I could look that good in a photograph and I swear I smiled all day after seeing them. The poses you got me to do looked amazing and were so tastefully done. I have only showed a couple of friends and they were very impressed – I was overwhelmed by their reactions and very, very happy.

The album went off on its way to Afghanistan yesterday. My husband has no idea and I’m sure he will be thrilled. It has been a long tour for him so far and I know how much that parcel will be appreciated. It’s really hard for all the guys serving out there, life goes on for us back at home and sometimes they can feel like they are being forgotten about. The fact that I can send something like this out to him helps him to know he is missed and loved and it made me feel a million dollars during a difficult time in my life. There are plenty of women like me out there, missing their husbands and wanting to do something special for them. So thank you.

Thank you once again for your fantastic photographs. I enjoyed the whole experience immensely and am so pleased to come out of it with something I will cherish forever. It was a real pleasure.”
